Not only do we love to hear all of the details about our brides' big days, but it is always so interesting to learn more about what our brides are up to when they are not planning their wedding. Thus we were intrigued to hear that Kathryn was the chef-proprietor of Rustic Radish, a new Cleveland catering company. After spending so much time on others' special events we knew that Kathryn and her groom-to-be Eric would put together an amazing day for themselves...we were not disappointed!
From the bride:
When Eric and I got engaged we new exactly where we wanted to get married. Deep Springs Trout Club is a very special place that has been in my life for over 20 years. It is a private member restaurant club that has amazing food and they also raise there own fresh water trout. Unfortunately not everyone can host an event here..you must be a member or possibly know a member to do so..and it's very hard to get a membership. The restaurant sits on acres of beautiful space, which we knew we wanted an outdoor wedding thus it was the perfect fit!
We wanted to go for a very rustic/natural somewhat vintage feel for our wedding. We feel so lucky to have been able to get the vendors we did because they all made that rustic/vintage look come to life! I couldn't have asked for a better team! My colors were ivory, chartreuse, pale yellow, Deep purple.. I defiantly wanted something different so I created my own color scheme which worked great!
