We love this vow renewal from our friend Gina of Shi Shi Events. Her blush pink skirt, silk tank and glittery sash, all from Something White, were a perfect complement to the romantic, natural setting of the outdoor ceremony. Plus, her son walking her down the aisle is just adorable!

My husband and I celebrated our 10-year anniversary this July with a vow renewal ceremony in upstate NY at Lamoreaux Landing Wine Cellars. The Seneca Lake region has always been one very important to our relationship; it's a place we've returned to again and again when we need to reconnect, recharge, and disconnect from the outside world. We've been hiking the region's trails, drinking its wine, and enjoying its beauty for over a decade; it was super special to have our friends and family there to enjoy the area and celebrate with us. Our friend, Dan, officiated the ceremony in a sun-soaked field overlooking the lake and my then 19-month-old son walked me down the aisle. It was so very sweet!
My tulle skirt is Watters Ahsan and was provided by Something White. My bouquet was designed by Heather Thomas of HeatherLily. I loved the blush/apricot tones in both, so soft and romantic. Our palette was a very natural one consisting of warm blush and apricot tones along with nudes, amber, chocolate and rich vibrant green. We really wanted the celebration to feel warm and natural.
After our ceremony, we went to dinner at the Stonecat Cafe, a local restaurant featuring organic and farm-to-table ingredients. It is our absolute favorite restaurant in the region. We had a private space there for our small party and I outfitted the tables with vintage bourbon, brandy and whiskey bottles (our favorite drinks of choice) filled with monstera leaves, blushing bride proteas and chocolate cosmos. Each guest's napkin was rolled and wrapped with raw leather and a piece of amber agate. We feasted on catfish, pulled pork and cornbread, and of course cake! It was the most perfect day.
