Wedding Stationery From Birdhaus Co.

A wedding invitation sets the tone for the entire wedding. It's the first thing a guest will see to give them an idea of what to expect at the wedding to come. That makes choosing the stationery one of the most important decisions a couple can make during the wedding planning process... But it doesn't have to be intimidating!

Annette and Heather of Birdhaus Co. make some of the prettiest wedding stationery -- from invitations to programs to menus and everything else you can imagine -- with each couple's unique wedding in mind. And they're also some of the nicest people ever, so there's no intimidation factor whatsoever! We asked them to share some of their favorite wedding suites, and to be perfectly honest, we love every single one!

Botanical Bliss

Emily & Michael’s Cleveland Botanical Garden wedding inspired the use of soft floral accents in this classy, formal suite. The invitations were printed on an off-white linen paper and paired with dusty blue envelopes. A semi-transparent gray ribbon tied the three-piece suite together and were secured with a gold wax seal.

Shining Gold

Nothing says class like gold and black. This custom invitation for Haley & Cory features a lovely traditional script printed on smooth white paper and finished with gold foil accents. A custom monogram on the bellyband brings the suite together for a beautifully packaged piece.

Vintage Florals

A spring, botanical garden wedding in Austin, Texas called for some major fun with florals. We paired vintage-inspired illustrations with a modern script for Liz & Evan’s invitations, which were printed on linen paper. Programs were among the day-of wedding stationery, in addition to cocktail signage, an oversized seating chart, and reserved signage.

Watercolor Waves

Sun. Sand. Beach. Wedding. Need we say more? This custom suite was designed for Rose & Klaus, who are having a destination beach wedding in Mexico. The couple envisioned a colorful, light and airy watercolor piece that showcased their names in a bold way. A square reception card allows extra room for travel details and reply postcard includes playful illustrations of the food options to keep the vibe fun and relaxed.

No More Winter Blues

Rylie & Ben’s December wedding set the stage perfectly for this dusty blue-grey winter suite, which was printed on soft cotton paper for a premium finish. Programs and place cards in the same style helped tie the stationery together—from invitation to the church to the reception venue. This dusty blue color was a favorite of 2016 at no surprise.
